An uncompromising pursuit of excellence in both cookery and service has led the Jasmine Palace to become the most favoured eating venue in Limerick. Over the years the establishment naturally expanded in size as well as in reputation, and grew to be one of the largest restaurants of Munster.

Talented chefs from Shanghai, Szechwan and Hong-Kong joined the ranks of its culinary panel and their input resulted in an expanded menu featuring assorted regional specialities.

The Jasmine Palace finds itself placed in major events such as the Circle of the Good Food (Host of the Final Dinner- February 2000), and won the Bushmills Awards in 2004 (Best Ethnic Restaurant outside Dublin).

The success of the Jasmine Palace among an ever more discerning public prompted its creators to fashion an innovative concept of Asian Food Restaurant, Zweton, two Fusion European restaurants, Coco in Ennis, and Chocolat in Limerick, as well as a chain of Chinese Fast Food restaurants, Wok King.
